Welcome to mikitherapeutics.com.au which is operated by Miki Therapeutics Japan. By using and/or ordering products from this website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as described here. From this point onwards, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “ourselves” refer to Miki Therapeutics Japan.
Ordering
Before you can place an order, you will need to register and log in. Each person is allowed one customer account.
Very occasionally, if the technology fails or we make a genuine mistake, your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events.
If your order is accepted, then you accept the obligation to pay the sum as made known to you at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery costs as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer’s involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales.
Availability
On the rare occasion that we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative, a credit with us or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Payment
We accept two methods of payment. Direct Deposit or Paypal.
Direct Deposit payments may be made through your bank. Please contact them for further details.
Paypal payments may be made from a linked bank account or credit card. For more information, please visit http://www.paypal.com.au .
Delivery
General
For gifts etc, it is possible to have a separate shipping address to billing address, but both addresses will need to be created in your address book and then selected as appropriate during checkout.
Domestic
Delivery costs will be added to your order at a rate of $10 for orders up to $100 and free thereafter. Gift vouchers include free delivery. We ship all of our goods via Australia Post registered mail.
International
We welcome international order enquiries, but unfortunately at this stage are only able to process them manually via email. Please contact us for further details. Delivery cost will be advised at time of order.
Cancellation and Return
You have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it (orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days), please contact us to let us know about the cancellation at mtj@mikitherapeutics.com.au
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 1 week of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs. Please take care to pack the goods appropriately and include a note explaining how the goods are damaged or do not match the description given.
Please note that we do not give refunds or exchanges for changes of mind (once payment has been received and goods shipped).
