Q: Could you please tell me about your shop ? A: We are a small, traditional Japanese Style Inner Beauty & Well-being shop. Our shop features 2 styles of massage bed, and we have two Japanese massage therapists. We have had customers visit us from as far away as north Queensland, Tasmania, and West Australia. We are very glad that word of our shop is spreading. We value our warm and friendly atmosphere, so please come and visit us like you would your friend's house. We will welcome you and relax your body and mind. |

Q: I would like to have a massage at your shop. How should I proceed? A: We have 3 ways of taking bookings. You can book online, via SMS, or by calling us. Our booking system is in place to ensure that each of our clients is undisturbed while receiving their treatment. |
| Q: Why do I pay before the treatment? |
A: In order to provide the maximum possible relaxation experience to our clients we believe that it is better to receive payment beforehand so as to relive any anxiety related to the cost. |
VOUCHER |

Q: I would like to get you to mail me out a voucher. A: You may purchase it online, or you can send the following information to us by email. 1) What value gift voucher would you like or which treatment are you interested in purchasing for the person to receive the voucher? After we get your information, we shall send you an invoice for confirmation via email or fax. Once payment has been received and processed, we shall create the personalised gift voucher and mail it out to you via registered mail. Please Note: At the moment we only accept payment via Direct Deposit or Paypal. |
